Also included in this latest photograph release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
